Aaron said a lot about the never-ending power of a mastermind in this episode, here are a few of the key questions/answered provided throughout this episode:

Is a mastermind group for me?

If you want to grow personally and professionally, then a mastermind is for you. If you prefer doing things alone, then it’s not for you. However, if you are the loner type, you need to rethink your mentality. You will always go further in a mastermind – It’s for you if you want to grow.

How can I find a good mastermind group for me?

A healthy mastermind is all about finding a group that lines up with your core values. In a healthy mastermind, you leave no stone unturned. You need to talk about everything. Personal, business, faith and all the details in between. Some of the conversations are even uncomfortable. This is about diving deep!

How do I lead a healthy mastermind group?

The overall success of a mastermind is determined by the facilitator. The group will match the facilitators transparency. If you want your members to start sharing, you have to share first. (Even if you’re not the leader, be willing to share.)
